This endpoint requests a refund for a deposit. The transactionId (returned when the QR code is created) must be provided in the path. Refunds are allowed only for transactions with status Completed. The body must include the refund amount (full or partial) and may include an description (up to 150 characters). Available only for the Bridge project.
