Invoice Details

The Paybrokers platform provides detailed invoice information, allowing partners to thoroughly audit charges and ensure accurate accounting. By accessing the invoice details, you gain a granular breakdown of the calculated fees, categorized by transaction type: Cash In, Cash Out, and Refunds

Step-by-step:

1. Accessing Invoice Details:

To view the detailed breakdown of an invoice, click on the "eye" icon associated with the specific invoice in the invoice list.

2. Viewing Invoice Breakdown:

Upon clicking the "eye" icon, you will be presented with the details summarized in the invoice list but with a breakdown of the total amount calculated and divided by transaction type:

  • Cash In: The total fees associated with incoming transactions.
  • Cash Out: The total fees associated with outgoing transactions.
  • Refunds: The total fees (or credits) related to refunded transactions.

3. Viewing Daily Closing Details:

For an even more granular view, click on the "Daily Closing" tab. Here, you'll find a daily breakdown of key performance indicators (KPIs), also categorized by Cash In, Cash Out, and Refunds:

  • TPV (Total Processing Volume): The total value of transactions processed each day.
  • Fees: The fees incurred for each transaction type on that day.
  • Total Transactions: The total amount of transactions per day

4. Understanding Invoice Status:

The following invoice statuses may be displayed, indicating the current state of each invoice:

  • In Approval: The invoice has been generated and is awaiting internal approval.
  • Billing Generated: The invoice has been approved and is ready for payment.
  • Operational Review: The invoice is under review by the Paybrokers operations team.
  • Payment Received: The invoice has been paid.
  • Cancelled: The invoice has been cancelled.
  • Billing Error: An error occurred during invoice payment.
