MFA Authentication

For enhanced security, all new users must configure Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) during their first login. MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a unique code from an authentication app in addition to your password.

Step-by-Step

1. Download or Access an Authentication App:

To proceed with your login, you must install an MFA application on your mobile device. Supported apps include:

Install the app, then configure MFA during your first login.

2. Login to the Paybrokers platform with your username and password.

3. A QR code will appear on the screen. Use the authentication app to scan it.

4. Enter the Code to Verify:

Once the QR code is scanned, the app will generate a time-sensitive code.
Enter this code in the verification field on your browser to confirm the MFA setup.

5. Complete the Setup:

After successful verification, your MFA is activated.You can now log in securely and begin using the platform.


Using the Platform

Once your MFA setup is complete, you can successfully log in and start using the platform. If the corebanking account setup is still in progress, a temporary account activation badge message will be displayed on your dashboard to inform you.
