Invoice List & Filters
The Paybrokers "Invoices" menu provides powerful filtering capabilities to locate specific billing records. You can filter invoices by payment account, due date (month and year), creation date, and status.
Step-by-Step:
1. Accessing the Invoices Menu:
Navigate to the "Invoices" menu within the Paybrokers platform.

2. Viewing the Invoice List:
Upon accessing the "Invoices" menu, a list of generated invoices will be displayed. Each invoice entry will show the following information:
- Period: The time frame the invoice covers (e.g., month, quarter).
- Due Date: The date by which the invoice payment is due.
- Status: The current status of the invoice (see explanation below).
- Total Amount: The total amount due for the services rendered during the specified period.
3. Searching and Filtering Invoices:
The system provides several filtering options to help you quickly locate specific invoices:
- Payment Account: Search invoices related to a specific payment account.
- Due Month and Year: Filter invoices by the month and year they are due.
- Creation Date: Filter invoices by their creation date.
