Transaction Filters
Besides searching by transaction ID, Paybrokers also provides a robust set of filters to streamline the search and management of financial transactions. These filters allow administrators to refine their searches efficiently, ensuring relevant results based on selected criteria.

Additional Search Options
In addition to transaction ID, administrators can search using the following parameters:
- E2E Code: Locate specific transactions using their unique end-to-end code.
- Payer’s Name or Document: Search transactions by the name or document of the payer.
- Receiver’s Name or Document: Find transactions using the name or document of the receiver.

Additional Filters
To narrow down the search further, administrators can apply these additional filters:
Transaction Type:
- Credit: Represents an incoming payment or deposit into an account.\
- Debit: Represents an outgoing payment or withdrawal from an account.
Transaction Status:
- Registered: The initial state of the transaction, indicating that it has been created and is awaiting payment.
- Completed: The final state of the transaction, indicating that the payment has been successfully completed.
- Error: The state reached when a predictable error occurs during the transaction process.
- Reversed: Indicates that the transaction was not completed and was returned by the receiving bank.
- Cancelled: Indicates that the transaction was not completed due to factors such as timeout.
Webhook Status:
- 🟢 Sent: Indicates that the webhook notification has been successfully sent to the designated URL.\
- 🔴 Failed: Indicates that the webhook notification failed to be delivered
- 🟡 Pending: Indicates that the webhook notification has not yet been sent.
Search Results
The search may return multiple transactions matching the selected criteria, allowing administrators to perform a global review of the operations. This enables comprehensive analysis and easy identification of patterns or potential inconsistencies.
